o He/She shall be responsible for sourcing of resumes and onboarding of
employees.
o He/She shall be responsible for monitoring employee attendance for the locations
allocated to him
o He/She shall be responsible for monitoring and implementation of leave policy
and working hours
o He/She shall be responsible for providing attendance and leave inputs for payroll
processing
o He shall be responsible for ERP entry of new joinees in the system
o He/She shall be responsible for sourcing candidates and conducting preliminary
interview to check candidate suitability
o He/She shall be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with the
concerned departments
o He shall ensure candidate has submitted all relevant post joining documents and
the same is filed in employees personnel file
o He/She shall ensure all new joinees ,existing and left employees fill up necessary
statutory forms and the same is forwarded to the concerned labour department

Providing inputs for payroll & benefit administration for all employees as well as contractual payroll.
Effective coordination with the corporate team in ensuring all required information/data is provided on time.
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
Assist HR Director in driving Employee Engagement activities as per the Employee Engagement Calendar.
Assist HR Director in implementing HR initiatives launched from time to time.
Education / Certification and Language:
MBA in Human Resources with experience in managing a reasonable midsized operation.
Sound understanding and operating knowledge of MS Office and applicable statutory laws.
Experience
3-4 Years of experience in HR.
Experience preferred either in large set ups or smaller set ups with holistic responsibility and defined accountability
Project Management experience essential
Knowledge and Skills
Proven ability to multi task and manage end to end responsibility
Excellent Project Management experience
High degree of comfort with numbers and process oriented approach
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability of handling multiple tasks, priorities and directives.
Should be a strong contributor, a confident communicator, and have a flair for managing complexity.
