o He/She shall be responsible for sourcing of resumes and onboarding of
employees.
o He/She shall be responsible for monitoring employee attendance for the locations
allocated to him
o He/She shall be responsible for monitoring and implementation of leave policy
and working hours
o He/She shall be responsible for providing attendance and leave inputs for payroll
processing
o He shall be responsible for ERP entry of new joinees in the system
o He/She shall be responsible for sourcing candidates and conducting preliminary
interview to check candidate suitability
o He/She shall be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with the
concerned departments
o He shall ensure candidate has submitted all relevant post joining documents and
the same is filed in employees personnel file
o He/She shall ensure all new joinees ,existing and left employees fill up necessary
statutory forms and the same is forwarded to the concerned labour department

o He/She shall be responsible to assist employees in regards to concerns related to


ESI and PF and medical insurance
o He shall issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, warning
letters, transfer orders of the sites allotted to him
o He shall be responsible for bank account opening of new employee
o He/She shall be responsible for coordinating with Sr Manager Communications
for e-mail id creation of new employees
o He/She shall be responsible for handling and resolving employees grievances
o He/She shall be responsible to give appropriate advice and support to staff on HR
policies and procedures
o He/She shall be responsible for keeping a track of employees birthdays and
organize for cakes, sweets ,cards and bouquet as per the laid down policy

Talent Acquisition & On-boarding Facilitator

Coordination with internal stake holders & RPO.
Filling up of Joining Folder
Collection of Educational, Professional Qualification documents

Collection of Address Proof, ID Proof & Photograph


Collection of Salary records, statement & form 16
Co-ordination with Bank representative for opening of Bank Account with ICICI Bank.
Follow up with the bank representative for the activation of account. .
Running Day 1 Global onboarding & HR induction presentation for new joiner/s
Follow up with IT for the readiness of IT assets for the new joiner/s
Follow up with Admin for the desk & ID & Access card of New joiner/s
Preparing & Maintenance of Employees Personnel Files
Check list should be pasted in each file
All types of communication with the employees should be filed in the employee personnel file within timelines.
Monthly Audit of Personnel file, all torn files should be removed with the new files
Full & Final documents should be filed in left/resigned employee file; the files should be immediately moved to left
files cabinet.
Prepare Excel file consisting data of Live & Left Employees with their full records.
Contractual Employees files should be updated with all their appointment & contract extension letters. Similarly,
contractual employee database should be ready in excel sheet with their full details.
Compliance records & files
Assist HR in preparation of compliance records/data as and when required.
File documents in the compliance files & regularly update it.
Check the PF Transfer/Withdrawal application received from resigned employee, get it signed from the authorized
signatory, send to the payroll vendor for processing.
Prepare file for PF transfer & PF withdrawal application. File the photocopy of the forms submitted to vendor in those
files. Also prepare an excel sheet for tracking of forms
Process monthly Compliances GER for the payment (PF, LWF, PT, ESI etc) and file the photocopy and GER in the
compliance flies
Process all HR related vendor payments and file the duplicate bills along with GER into the vendor file. This is a
monthly activity.
Performance Management, Payroll Administrator & HR Query Support Operations

Providing inputs for payroll & benefit administration for all employees as well as contractual payroll.
Effective coordination with the corporate team in ensuring all required information/data is provided on time.
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
Assist HR Director in driving Employee Engagement activities as per the Employee Engagement Calendar.
Assist HR Director in implementing HR initiatives launched from time to time.
Education / Certification and Language:
MBA in Human Resources with experience in managing a reasonable midsized operation.
Sound understanding and operating knowledge of MS Office and applicable statutory laws.
Experience
3-4 Years of experience in HR.
Experience preferred either in large set ups or smaller set ups with holistic responsibility and defined accountability
Project Management experience essential
Knowledge and Skills
Proven ability to multi task and manage end to end responsibility
Excellent Project Management experience
High degree of comfort with numbers and process oriented approach
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability of handling multiple tasks, priorities and directives.
Should be a strong contributor, a confident communicator, and have a flair for managing complexity.
