Thank you for attending the interviews in relation to the above appointment
and making further clarifications since. This replaces the offer sent dated 5th
June 2015.
Further to these discussions, I am pleased to confirm to you our offer of
employment as a Staff Nurse for Blyth Country House Care Home, subject
to suitable references, and DBS checks. In order to fulfill this role you are
required to be in possession of and maintain your registration as a nurse with
the NMC, engage in continuing professional development and maintain the
currency of your skills and practices.
Your commencement date is to be confirmed but targeting June/July 2015.
The principle terms of the offer are as set out in the next page of this letter,
however, it will be provided to you in a standard contract of employment when
you join.

EMPLOYMENT VACANCY AT BLYTH COUNTRY HOUSE CARE HOME

Nottinghamshire S81 8DU.

Wage:

13.00 per hour


Paid monthly up to the 21st of each month at the end of
each month (in arrears).

Hours:

The days and hours worked will be managed to suit the


needs of the home and the availability of resources, but in
any event will consist of a routine that involves working a
minimum of 36 hours per week as the Staff Nurse.

Holiday incl. Bank: 5.6 working weeks per year. These can be taken at times
that are convenient to Blyth Country House Care Home.
Holidays will be accrued at one-twelfth of your annual
entitlement for each complete month worked. Unless
agreed under exceptional circumstances, no more than
two weeks may be taken at any one time and any unused
holiday cannot be transferred to the following year. The
holiday period is from 1st April to 31st March each year.
Sick:

The statutory sick pay scheme is applicable.

Probation:

Three months.

Notice of termination on completion of the probationary period is three months.


Any permanent or temporary changes to the terms of employment should be
agreed in writing with Dr Ahilan Nithiananthan.
