I was working for Aircel Limited as Senior Engineer and Responsible for RF Planning & Optimization.
Troubleshoot solution for 2G/3G,EMF & TRAI compliance.(From Jul2013 to Jan2014)

Preparing, Analyzing and Validation of KPI reports for 3G network.

In 3G maintaining radio network in terms of KPI -3G RRC (Setup & Access complete ratio, Drop ratio), 3G
Voice setup (Setup & Access complete ratio, Drop ratio), SHO, ISHO, etc.
In 3G Analysis of Log files (Ec/No, RSCP, Pilot Pollution etc).
