Chudej company was founded in 1990. At that time, it was a tool shop and factory focused on making
injection toolings. Time went by and the market went on so in 1992 the production activities were extended
by plastic injection. This is how plastic brackets began. By the year 1997, the company developed, the sales
increased and the product ranges greatly extended. At that time, the first technical projects for new products
in the category of floor drains and street drains appeared, too.
In 2004, the Chudej Ltd. was granted a quality certificate compliant to CSN EN ISO 9001. Currently, the company
has been developing two key production programs: The first programe of interest is developing and making
plastic fixing brackets, hammer-in pipe fasteners and floor brackets. The brackets, clamps and fasteners are
particularly useful for fastening water supply lines, as well as for heating installations and solar systems.
The second category, equally important production program consists in designing and manufacturing street
and floor drains, roofing drain and linear drains. The drains are made of materials in compliance with EN
1253 1 and EN 124. The stainless steel is compliant to DIN 1 4301. Cast iron is compliant to DIN 1691. At the
present time, we sell our products to wholesale chains in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We also export to
the European Union and other countries.

BOTTOM STREET DRAIN D 125 STANDARD
The product is designed for draining storm water (surface) water to exterior
sewage lines, allowing for rain pipe installations. It includes a dry antiodour flap, which blocks the odour spreading from the sewage pipeline.
The eccentric cover in the STANDARD model allows for cut-outs as needed,
with diameters 75, 80, 90, 100, 110 or 125 mm. Made of UV-stabilized
polypropylene. Loading capacity K3 300 kg, resistance to 90C, standard
EN 1253 1.

HYDROMAX DN 75 ROOF DRAIN

The Hydromax DN 75 has been specially designed to efficiently remove rainwater from larger roofs; they conform to EN 1253
standard, EN12056-3:2000, BS 8490:2007 and ASME A112.6.9:2005. Hydromax roof drain is made from UV stabilized HDPE and has
a stainless steel clamping, bolts and nuts, according to DIN 1.4301. Hydromax is supplied with height adjustable and load bearing
polystyrene grates. Version Hydromax SV002 is supplied with a self-regulating heating cable - 10W, which prevents freezing of the
roof outlet. For asphalt (bitumen) roof can be ordered with stainless steel piece 600 x 600 mm

The flat channel is used to assemble a ventilation network,

enabling to connect various flat parts and flat couplings
and pieces. It is particularly suitable restricted space areas
such as under the ceiling above the kitchen. It is available
in two lengths 1 and 0.5 metre.
ROUND CHANNEL
The round channel is mainly used as a termination point

of a ventilation network with connection to ventilation
grilles. For connecting a round channel to a flat channel
use one of our range of reducing pieces see below. It is
also available in two lengths 1 and 0.5 metre.
