I, Sarikonda Venkatapathi Raju S/o Late Kondama Raju,
aged about 19 years, Hindu, resident of Nekunambadu
Village & Cheemakurthi Mandal, Prakasam District, do
hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am the petitioner herein and 3 rd petitioner in the
main O.P.

The O.P is filed for compensation for the death

of my Father, who died in a motor accident.

Later the

matter was settled before the Lok-Adalat for an amount of

Rs.1,75,000/09-11-2002.

The Honble Court awarded an amount of

Rs.25,000/- towards my share of compensation amount

and the same was kept under fixed deposit. By the time of
filing O.P., I was minor and my mother represented me as
natural guardian.

Now I attained majority in. now I am

need of money towards my educational expenses and

towards my family maintenance.
Hence I pray that this Honble Court may be pleased
to permit me to withdraw my entire share of compensation
amount of Rs.25,000/- with accrued interest thereon and
pass such other orders, as the Honble Court deems fit and
proper, in the interests of justice.
