St. John's Oakland filed a claim (No. C30323) a few weeks ago for damage and losses caused by a backed
up city sewer line. About a month ago, we were advised by the City Attorney's office that there is a CEQA
report on the matter and write to request a copy of that report.
In addition, at the same time a month ago Debi Stebbins asked the City Attorney's office for a copy of the

Public Works report on the November 1, 2014 sewer backup that caused the damage at St. John's but no
report has been sent to us yet, so we are also requesting a copy of that report.
