RESOLUTION REQUESTING OUR HON. GOVERNOR JUNIE E. CUA
CAPITOL HILLS QUIRINO PROVINCE
TO APPROVE AND RELEASE
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE MICRO- LENDING SCHEME PROJECT
OF THE RURAL IMPROVEMENT CLUB (RIC) OF LANDINGAN,
NAGTIPUNAN , QUIRINO.
WHEREAS, the Rural Improvement Club (RIC) of Landingan, Nagtipunan,
Quirino is an active community organization with a main thrust to help
improve the socio- economic endeavors of members particularly the women
sector;
WHEREAS, said organization is also an active partner and support arm in
carrying programs and other development efforts
in the Barangay ,
Municipal and the whole province;
WHEREAS, our Honorable GOVERNOR JUNIE E. CUA has allocated one
hundred Thousand
( P 100, 000.00 ) as financial assistance to support alternative livelihood and
pump-priming project of RIC Landingan Chapter;
WHEREAS, the aforesaid organization had decided to invest such amount in
a micro-lending scheme project to qualified members ,with considerable and
affordable interest-rate in a given due period of time;
WHEREAS, the aforementioned scheme had been explained, discussed and
accorded by members and officers during their regular meeting as their
pump-priming activities to earn income and generate
funds for the
organization;
NOW THEREFORE, ON MOTION OF LENIE R. GUTIERREZ, RIC President, and
duly seconded by all other officers, BE IT:
RESOLVED , AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO REQUEST OUR HON. GOVERNOR
JUNIE E. CUA TO APPROVE AND RELEASE THE ALLOCATED FUNDS AS
SUPPORT FOR THE LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE PROJECT FOR RIC LANDINGAN
CHAPTER;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that RIC President LENIE R. GUTIERREZ and RIC
Treasurer LILY A. MORALES had been authorized by the organization to be

the official assignatories and officers to transact for the release and proper
safe keeping of such financial assistance;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to submit this RESOLUTION to the HON. GOVERNOR
JUNIE E. CUA Capitol Hills, Cabarroguis, Quirino for his approval and
indulgence;
