 Developed and managed from the ground up a Quality Assurance (QA) department, including
introduction of fully automated integration and regression testing tools using Quality Center

Development Project Manager (2000 to 2009)
Successfully led and deployed capital project implementations and legacy production support for
20 applications with a user base of 200+ while leading project teams, acting as subject matter
expert on auditing, change management and SOX requirements.
 Analyzed business practices, defined user requirements and provided procedural
documentation for cross functional users. Created a Release Management role that deployed
all new releases supplied by the Vendor.
 Accountable for compliance of internal and external system interfaces, overseeing design,
testing and documentation for system modifications.
