ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION:
Planning Poker is a Technique Which Focuses on Software
Development by Sharing Ideas Using Agile Methodology. It Encourages
Independent Thinking and Estimation in a Time-Bound Environment .The
Estimation is Done by the Cards Placed in Fibonacci Series.

PROCEDURE:
An Individual Starts Up With the Game by Registering into the
Planning Poker. After Successful Login, the User Gets into Startup Page Which
Involves Two Levels. This Level Involves Questions Which invokes the Logical
Thinking and Analyzing Capacity of User. The Timer Starts as Soon as the
Questions Appear .The Questions Must be Answered in the Span of 3 Minutes.
After Successful Completion of the Level, the User gets into Second Level .
A Deck of Cards Arranged in Fibonacci Series are Displayed on
the Screen. Each Card Consists of Description of Error or Conflicts that may Occur
in the Software in the Process of Development. The User Selects the Card and One
User Can Select Only One Card at a Time. As Soon As The Card is Selected, the
Description Page is Displayed and the Timer is Started. It Last Upto 2 Minutes.

The User Must Analyze and Understand the Description Within

the Allocated Limited Period of Time. After 2 Minutes , Description Page
Disappears and a New Page is Displayed Where She/he Can Express his Way of
Approaching to the Problem or Error Given to him. After Submitting, Level is
Completed and End Page is Displayed. The Admin Rates the Analyzing Capacity
of the User and Sends the Feedback to the Users Mail-ID. This Ends Up The
Session.

RULES:
Single User is Played at a Time. Login is Mandatory.
Attempting Level 1 is Mandatory. Both the Questions Must be Answered.
Response must be Given Within Time or else Game Ends. Single Card Must be
Selected and It is Fixed. Answering the Questions in Less Time Increases Their
Ratings. Submission of the Description and Logout Should be Done Without Fail.

CONCLUSION:
The Views of Different Users are Taken. The Best
Among them is Identified and is Implemented in the Development of the Proposed
Software. This Encourages the Independent Thinking and Analyzing Capacity of
the User.
