Interview of the applicant by The Director for Admissions
Payment of the College Entrance Fee
Taking College Entrance Test (CET) at the Testing Center, 2nd Floor, EAC Building 7
Physical/Medical Examination
Submission of required documents to the Admission Office
Interview and determination of Foreign Fee by the Vice-President for Academic
Affairs or Director for International Programs
Proceeding to the Cashiers Office for down payment
Proceeding to the Registrars Office for enrollment and for printing of the Official
Registration Form

Transcript of Records (with English translation written in the country of residence national

Birth Certificate
Five (5) original copies of Personal History Statement
Photocopy of Passport pages where name, photo, date of birth and place of birth appear
Barangay Certificate stating the exact address of residency in the Philippines
Marriage Contract for married female applicant
Certificate of Good Moral Character from recently attended school
Police Clearance issued from the country of origin \
Medical Health Certificate issued from the students country of origin
Notarized Affidavit of Support and Proof of adequate financial support
Alien Fee (amount depends on the course to be enrolled in)
