This is in connection with a parcel of land (lot 2606 of the cadastral survey
of Candon), situated at barangay Calongbuyan, (sitio Korea) Candon City,
declared in the name of SEGUNDA GALDONES, containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN (1,247) SQUARE METERS;
covered by ARP NO. __________________ with an assessed value of P
16,310.00 .
Being the legal heirs of the above-described property, we are in the
process of securing documents in order to have the property be adjudicated and
apply for the confirmation and perfection of our ownership over the same. Before
we can go on with other procedures in the transfer of ownership, we understand
that we have to pay the realty taxes of the said property. We have observed from
the Owners copy of the tax declaration (see attached copy) that there is
inconsistency in land classification particularly in the respective area of the rice
land (257 sqm) and residential land (990 sqm.). With reference on the actual
situation of the property, the same should be classified as residential land, orchard
and Riceland. The Riceland portion should have a larger area than the other land
classification.
Relative to this may we request your good office to conduct an ocular
inspection of the land in order that the actual land classification of the same would
be updated, so that due taxes be imposed thereon.
We would be very glad if you can send your representative to visit the area
at your most convenient time. Your immediate and favorable action on this matter

This is in connection with the parcels of land, bearing lot nos.4709, 4846,
5074, and 5106 of the cadastral survey of Candon, situated at barangay Caterman
and Balingaoan, Candon City, Ilocos Sur, registered in the name of the persons
written hereunder, containing the area of 2,509, 3,656, 4973, and 1,041square
meters, respectively. We, the owners of the same have decided to sell some of the
parcels mentioned above but we are advised to update the documents relative to
these properties, with your office.
Being the lawful owners of the above-described properties, we
respectfully request your good office to update the corresponding tax declarations
of each lot based on the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 0-966, copy
of which is hereto attached. We would be very willing to pay the necessary fees
for this purpose.
