Ignatian Examen is a way of praying that St.

Ignatius of Loyola developed to help people
be aware of their encounter with God in their
daily experiences.
It includes: silence as a beginning to prayer,
reviewing or going back to what happened
during the day, and being grateful to God to
become a better person.

Silent Individual Reflection

comfortably. Be aware of your
breathing. Breath in. Breath
out. Close your eyes. Be
silent.

way When you were happy?
When you were sad?
