FREE CHURCH
WEEKLY
Every day this week, Tasha Schifo and her crew of AWESOME volunteers
are gathering at the church at 10:00am and preparing meals for the kids
and seniors at Candlewood. So far, things are off to a great start with
them feeding 60 on Monday, and over 60 on Tuesday! Yea God!
Please pray that as they bring meals each day from 11:30am to
12:30pm, they wont just serve well, but have opportunities to
show the love of Jesus through the truth of the Gospel.

Pastor Jason
First, I want to thank every one of
you that loved, supported, prayed,
cooked, got up in the middle of the
night to sit with our kids, and
dropped off goodies at our home.
We felt beyond blessed and your
encouragement made all the
difference. While I was laying in the
hospital I was reminded that Jesus
often brings us hope through the
help of His people.
Today I had an appointment with
the surgeon to schedule the next
procedure. I have a pre-op physical
appointment at Carle Hospital
Tuesday, June 30th, at 2:45pm.
Surgery to remove the first stent and
the kidney stone is scheduled for
Tuesday, July 14th at Carle Hospital.
The exact time is to be determined
the day before the surgery date.
The recovery after the surgery is
roughly 24-48 hours. After the
surgery they will put in another
stent, and that will stay in an
additional 6 days and is easily
removed without surgery.
Bill Allison, our missionary of the
month, is here this weekend, July
5th, at 10:45am to share with us.
Tasha, the kids, and I are going to
use this time to get away as a family
and just sit poolside some where
(far from any hospitals).
Blessed by each and every one of
you. I can feel your prayers!

1 John 4:8,16
Anyone who does not love does not know God,
because God is love; So we have come to know
and to believe the love that God has for us. God
is love, and whoever abides in love abides in
God, and God abides in him
Love is not just a virtue of God. Love is God
Himself. This is the same for every attribute of
God. God does not just embody these attributes,
He defines them.
of three equally divine Persons
The three here is the Biblical doctrine of the
Trinity.
The word "person" is used to describe the three
members of the Godhead because the word
"person" is appropriate. A person is self-aware,
can speak, love, hate, say "you," "yours," "me,"
"mine," etc. Each of the three persons in the
Trinity demonstrates these qualities.
The Father is not the same person as the Son; the
Son is not the same person as the Holy Spirit;
and the Holy Spirit is not the same person as the
Father. They are not three gods and not three
beings. They are three distinct persons; yet, they
are all the one God. Each has a will, can speak,
can love, etc. These are demonstrations of
personhood.
They are in absolute perfect harmony consisting
of one substance. They are coeternal, coequal,
and co-powerful - Equal in power, Submissive in
duties, and Distinct in personality. If any one of
the three were removed, there would be no God.
