Lexington,Kentuckyiscircumscribedbya(mostly)limitedaccessringnamedNewCircleRoad.Unlikemanycities,Lexingtonsstreetpatternresemblesa
bicyclewheelspokesandrimratherthanagrid.Acarproceededfromthesouth,enteredthecircleroadheadingwest,andproceededaroundthecity,
exitingateverymajorspoke,makinga"U"turn,andreenteringthecircle.TheprimaryresultsofthisoperationwereaGPSfilenamed
NEWCIRCLE.SSFandapolicewarningregardingillegal"U"turns.
