Introduction:
Established by professional engineers who have vast experience in the field
of oil & gas, steel & thermal engg. Pharmaceutical, marine and civil engineering
Vision:
Successful completion of Environment, Health, Safety, Emergency, and/or Risk
Management training shall facilitate learner comprehension. Training shall be
developed, delivered, and evaluated such that the training needs of the target
audience and any barriers to comprehension are addressed by the training program
Mission:
The purpose is to establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for EH&S
training as required by regulation, policy, or job performance in a readily
understandable format. These practices will take the form of standardized
methods and acceptable criteria that facilitates learner comprehension.
Standards and guidelines will be established within the framework of an effective
training program.
Achievements:
1. Approved Institute of Directorate General Factory Advice, Service and Labour
Institutes (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour and Employment Govt. of India under
section 41 C(b) of Factories Act 1948.
*** Invotech is one of the institutes which have succeeded in getting DGFASLI approval
for Competent Supervisors Course mandatory for Chemical Industry to get certified
their supervisors who handle the men working with hazardous substances. Around
8 to 10 Institutes are honoured by this prestigious Govt. organisation and only 3 to 4
organisations are conducting this program regularly and Invotech is one of them.
The approval process has very stringent norms and was audited by a committee
with reorientations of DG of DGFASLI, Director Safety Govt. of India,, HSE
Engineers/Managers Qualified from RLI/CLI and having more than 10 of Experience
in Industry, Representatives from Inspector of Factories and professors from
universities formed as committee with a notification from DGFASLI and conduct
examination of the Institute for its credibility to award this Approval.
2. Affiliation from State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Govt.
of AP for Fire Safety and Industrial Safety Training programs.
***Very few institutes in India have this prestigious approval as the SBTET certification
for Industrial Safety and Fire Safety stands ratified by Inspector of Factories and
treated at par with RLI/CLI certification. In India only these certifications are approved
for employment as Safety Engineers/Managers as per the Factory Act 1948 under
Section 40. The procedures adapted for issuing affiliation is similar to that of
DGFASLI.
NOTE: Invotech achieved all these approvals in First attempt when compared to
any other institute.

Defence Govt. of India
4. Empanelled Institute of Directorate of Ex-Servicemen Affairs (DESA),
Ministry of Defence (Navy) Govt. of India.
*** Only institute in India having regular batches sponsored from Ministry of Defence
Govt. of India for training their personnel in Safety Management. Each Batch
consists from 45 to 55 personnel from Army, Navy and Air Force and the will be
spared for 24 weeks every batch.
