Optimix Reactor
The OptiMix reactor concept offers a fantastic Opti-misation of the Mix-ing performances of glass-lined
reactors by integrating three baffles in the shell of the vessel.
From 63L up to 40 m3 (dimensions and connections as per DIN)
A complete range of sizes, designs and materials: borosilicate 3.3 glass OPX, VERI
Increased mixing efficiency using three wall
mounted baffles:
- gain in productivity
- No more vortex due to high axial
mixing flow rate
- All nozzles are free for Process requirements

Upgrade:
For new reactors or while reglassing existing:
- Old reactors may be upgraded into Optimix
during a reglassing step.

CLEAN VALVE
The Clean valve has become the new standard
for De Dietrich.
This new valve is simple reliable, cleanable, and
specifically recommended for solids continuing
processes.
Assembled with a flat seat, the clean valve CVB
becomes 100% CIP and allows a perfect
cleaning:
- No cross contamination
- No need to dismantle valve
between batches => reduced production cost
This valve could be mounted on standard nozzle
or blockflange during a retrofitting or on new
reactors.

release Opening.
