Dear Maam/Sir,
A choral concert will formally launch the Eastern Visayas Choral Association,
a newly formed association of Choir Directors and Choral Groups within the Eastern
Visayas Region. The event will be held on June 12, 2015, 7:00 PM at the PintadosKasadyaan Festival Park and will feature selected member choirs. The Singing
Angels Choir is among the performers for the said event. Rehearsals for the concert
are scheduled on June 8-12, 2015 from 4PM onwards. Call time will be at 3:00 Pm to
give time for the travel to the University of the Philippines Tacloban College 3 rd Floor
Libary Building, the rehearsal venue.

request
that
(Name)____________________________________, (Grade/Year) ______ (Section)______ , a
member of the SINGING ANGELS CHOIR OF PALO, be excused from his/her classes
from 3:00-5:00 PM as he/she will be attending the rehearsals for the concert.
We hope for your continued support for future endeavours of the Municipality
specially that of the Singing Angels Choir.

Anent to this, we would like to request from your good office that
transportation facilities to and from the rehearsal venue be provided and that
drivers be assigned for the purpose. May we further request that the choir members
be transported from the rehearsal/ concert venue back to their respective homes.
The following is the route and schedule of the practice:
June 8-11, 2015 REHEARSALS
3:00 PM- Depart to UP TAC
4:00 PM- Start of Rehearsals
9:00 PM- End of Rehearsals
9:15PM Depart from UP to Palo Municipal Hall
9:30 PM HOME SWEET HOME
June 12, 2015 CONCERT DAY
3:00 PM- Depart to Pintados Kasadyaaan Festival Park
4:00 PM- last run with Sir Stephen Lagarde, Accompanist
7:00- 10:00 PM CONCERT
10:00 PM depart for the Palo Municipal Building
10:30- 11:00 PM- HOME SWEET HOME
