Mr. P. Gopalakrishnan, is the Chief Executive Officer of CDPL since May 2012. He is
responsible for leading the development and execution of the companys long
term vision and strategy. He is responsible for the day to day management
decisions and implementing the companys long and short term plans.
Mr. Gopi has 30 plus years of experience in Dairy Industry. In his earlier
assignments, he led the NDDB - Spear head team at MILMA, was Director
representing National Dairy Development Board in the boards of Co-operative
Milk Unions in Tamilnadu and Karnataka, was Officer on Special Duty to AMUL
and led Taskforce teams to achieve turnaround in Mysore Milk Union and
Dharwad Milk Union under Karnataka Milk Federation. All these assignments were
part of his stint at National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Anand.
He was the Managing Director of Sangam Dairy (Guntur Cooperative Milk Union,
AP) and was the Business Head at Reliance Dairy Foods for South India &
Maharashtra. Expertise on the Operational forte and Strategic Planning are his
strengths.
Mr. Gopi has done Indian Dairy Diploma from National Dairy Research Institute
(NDRI), Bangalore, Graduated in Dairy Technology (B.Sc-DT) from NDRI, Karnal
and is a Post Graduate in Rural Management from IRMA, Anand.
