Centre Support Team


Our centre management teams are on hand to coordinate and ensure a smooth
move in. Well trained, upbeat and professional reception teams serve a warm
welcome to your visitors and clients.

Furnishings
Enjoy a comfortable and productive environment. Your offices come freshly
decorated, deep cleaned and equipped with stylish, quality furniture, with a desk,
chair, pedestal unit and half a tall storage unit per person as standard.

Utilities
All of your utilities are taken care of as we manage all bills including water,
heating and cooling, and electricity. One less thing to worry about.

Common Areas
All common areas are maintained to a high standard for your use and include
staffed reception area, fully equipped refreshment areas with bean to cup coffee
stations, Wi-Fi equipped break out lounges, touchdown terminals and meeting
and conference facilities.

Facilities Management
We work closely with multiple contractors including an in house team of
maintenance professionals to ensure we provide and maintain high standards
from building security to daily cleaning janitors.
