DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT

On Sunday, July 12, 2015 at approximately 10:20 pm, Mr. Timothy Bing was shot and killed
in the 900 block of 3rd Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the publics
assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
