1 Summary
ZTD-AQA is one kind of new type air detecting apparatus produced by our company,
is capable of continuously detecting density of SO2, NO2, PM10 with imported
Ampere-type high-sensitivity electrochemical sensor and is characterized with wide
measuring range, long service life, easy operation and portability etc. It can be applied
to continuous monitoring on the ambient air quality of urban atmospheric environment,
forest area, factory region, roads, tunnels, and airport etc.

Then the instrument becomes a lower machine which can communicate with upper
computer. During communication, measuring data is saved and transmitted to upper
computer automatically.
(9) Turn off
When the batteries are full charged, it can supply electricity to the instrument for 5
hours. When battery voltage is low, the low-voltage protection circuit will cut down the
power automatically and users should charge the instrument in time.
Charging method: insert the charger plug into charging place for 8 hours.
When the instrument uses AC, the batteries are charged at the same time.

7.1 Sampling
The sampling part consists of air line, filter, suction pump and flow regulator etc. In
this part, the ambient air is introduced by suction pump through the filter and delivered
to sensor air chamber before being exhausted via monitor discharge hole as per flow
of 300mL/min separately.
7.2 Filter
Zero air filters: filter the sample gas when calibrating the zero.
Dust removal filter: remove dust particles in sampling gas.

collection and printing.
8 Operating points
If lower-position computer needed save data manually, make sure SD card is connect
well before setting, turn off monitor first then take SD card in or out; SD card memory
is 512M, if memory is not enough, please delete trashy data, avoid to error when save
data.
22
When calibrating range, adjust the standard gas flow at 300ml/min and operate as per
instructions displayed in screen.
See attached Figure III.
(1) First, fill high-purity nitrogen and standard gas into gas bag separately.
(2) Prepare standard-proportion gas with high-accuracy gas mixer (See Operational
Instructions for Gas Mixer).
(3) Inlet the prepared standard-proportion gas into air-inlet opening and perform
calibration.
Attention: please dont calibration sensor if monitor is available, or inlet high density
calibration gas due to sensor goes back normal monitoring status need long time.
8.3.3 Environmental monitoring
When perform environmental monitoring, locate the monitor in the monitored
environment or connect the air-inlet opening to sampling pipe and operate as per
instructions displayed in screen. Properly connect AC220V power supply.
9 Attention
1. The monitor shall be protected from rain or moisture.
2. Never operate or calibrate the monitor at places close to EMI source.
3. The sensor contains acid solution and do not damage it when replacing. In case of
acid solution in the sensor leaking to your skin due to improper operation, you should
flush your skin with running water for ten minutes promptly and then get for medical
assistance in time.
4. Never repair or disassemble the monitor without permission. If the monitor fails or
the sensor expires, we will provide you with high-quality after-sales technical service.

After Re-power IP MODEM, The configure tool will make it enter configure state. At
the same time, the software will load current settings from IP MODEM and displays on
the right configure columns. Its now ready to configure.
10.3.5 Configuration
10.3.5.1 Data service center settings
Settings on this page are the parameters related to Data Service Center (DSC).
Data
Center Number
IP MODEM supports two Data Service Center methods to transmit data.
Main and Backup: IP MODEM always tries to connect with the Main DSC. If fails to
connect with Main DSC, it will connect with Backup DSC at once
NoteIf no Backup DSC exists, please configure the Backup DSC same as Main
DSC.
Multi Data Service Center: IP MODEM can connect with at most five DSC at the same
time. All the multi DSC can receive the same application data.
If the Data Center Number is 1, IP MODEM work in Main and Backup DSC method.
When Data Center Number is greater than 1, IP MODEM works in Multi Data
Service Center method

Main
When the DSC Internet access uses domain name, Its necessary to set DNS server
resolving the DSC domain name. When the Data Center Number is 1, Main and
Backup Center DNS Server is used to resolve the Main center and Backup center

transmission. There are total five methods to make IP MODEM online:
AUTO: IP MODEM always keeps online
SMSD: send a special short message to make IP MODEM online
CTRL: make IP MODEM online through a phone call to IP MODEM
