Umesh Sachdev

Umesh Sachdev is the co-founder and CEO of Uniphore Software

Systems.Prior to Uniphore, Umesh co-founded Singularis Technologies,
whose Mobile Theft Security product received global recognition. In
2009, Umesh was identified as an innovative entrepreneur by the
Ministry of Science and Technology's Technopreneur Promotion
Programme (TePP). He has authored various papers and developed
several patent applications involving Speech Recognition and Speech
Biometrics. He was also part of the organizing team at Proto.in, India's
first and largest showcase event that strengthens the startup
ecosystem.

Ravi Saraogi

Ravi Saraogi is the co-founder and COO of UniphoreSoftware Systems.

Uniphore is Ravi's second company, and he harnesses vast experience
in directing technology teams in initiatives spanning mobile theft
security, wireless network development, and mobile learning
applications. Ravi is currently an active member of the Mobile Payment
Forum of India (MPFI), where he identifies and develops business
opportunities in the field of mobile payments. He is renowned for his
excellentanalyticskills, his dexterity in problem resolution, and his
proclivity for driving operational excellence.

Ganesh Rajendran

Ganesh Rajendran is the Head of Marketing and Communications at

Uniphore. Prior to Uniphore, Ganesh was with Aspire Systems,
entrusted with the responsibility of marketing Software Development &
Testing Service Lines and gaining market share in USA, UK, Middle East
and India regions. Before Aspire, he was with Lister Technologies and
was instrumental in setting up and growing Salesforce.com professional
services team catering to customers across USA, EMEA and APAC
regions. Ganesh holds an MBA in Marketing from Pondicherry
University and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Pondicherry
Engineering College.

Asif Mohammed

Asif is the Region Head of Middle-East and Africa and is responsible for
running Uniphores operations in the Middle-East market including
Business Development, Project Execution and local compliances. Asif
has been in telecommunication and technology universe for over 13
years in various engineering, consulting and business management
roles. Prior to Uniphore, Asif has worked with Siemens and NokiaSiemens and has handled assignments in Asia, Middle-East and Europe.
He has strong business development skills and experience in providing
solutions that fulfill clients business and technology needs. He holds a
BE in Electronics and Communication from NIT, Durgapur and MBA in
Finance from Schulich School of Business, Toronto.

Joseph NL

Joseph is the Director of Sales India at Uniphore. He is an alumnus of

IIM Bangalore, having 16 plus years of experience in Business
development & Operations. Joseph has worked with Rise India, Everonn
Education, Yantra Software, Reliance Communications and TATA VSNL
in the past and in various senior level assignments on Education

Guru is the Director of Product Engineering and Delivery at Uniphore

Software Systems. He has 14+ years of experience in functions of
Product Engineering and Professional Services on eCommerce, OSS/BSS
domains. He has vast experience in technology and management that
helps him drive product development, project delivery & support
streams and to implement effective & efficient processes across these
aspects. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from NJIT,
USA and he has worked with companies like Lucent, Portal, Subex,
Ariba before joining Uniphore.

Raghav Narayan

Raghav is the Head of Consulting business at Uniphore Software

Systems, providing leadership and direction to the in-house team and
acts as an anchor for our panel of experts, while ensuring effective
deliveries to clients. He is a Corporate Finance and Strategy
Professional with a special interest in Banking and Financial Services,
Financial Inclusion, MicroFinance, Rural Finance, Project Management,
Financial product design, Financial services policy and Policy issues in
general with experience of over 8 years in multiple roles and a proven
track- record for taking on and successfully managing challenging turnkey initiatives. Raghav has hands on experience in strategy, project
management, product design, finance and infrastructure. He was part
of the initial senior management at IFMR Rural Finance until September
2011. Prior to IFMR Rural Finance Raghav worked at ICICI Bank in the
Government Banking Group as a relationship manager handling large
public sector clients and other state and central government entities.
He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
