PIPE COUPLINGS VICTAULIC TYPE

These Couplings are used to connect pipes without any welding Grooved
are machined at the pipe ends and couplings are peripherally bolted and
fixed with silicon/neoprene rubber gaskets in between, providing a leakproof joint. Pipe lines are not rigid but they are flexible by 0.50 to 5.50.

PIPE COUPLINGS ROCK WELL TYPE
This is a mechanical coupling consisting of a Central Sleeve, End Flanges,
and rubber gasket (wedge shaped). End Flanges are tightened using high
tensile bolts & nuts, keeping the rubber gaskets in between central sleeve
& end flanges .This producers a leak-proof joint which is not rigid but

flexible to the extent of 40 to 60. These couplings can be supplied to pipe

lines of diameter varying from 12 to 28. (304.8 mm to 711.2 mm)

TOGGLE CONNECTORS
This is another version of Rockwell Coupling and it does not require
locating holes in the pipes as well as in the Coupling .Which is an added
advantage of this important design.
Size Range: 12 to 28 Dia pipeline.

FLOOR GRATINGS Square Bar Pattern

Gratings are manufactured for industrial projects like Power plants,

Refineries, oil fields, chemical plants, Fertilizer plants etc. Staircase steps
to connect FLOORS at various levels and heights are also manufactured
either with chequered toe plates or with Aluminum (extruded) toe plates.

Load Intensity:The maximum load intensity for our gratings can be designed up to 2000
Kgf/m2
Standard Patterns:Gratings are normally manufactured in 3 standard patterns. Square Bar

1. Square Bar Pattern:Outer frame members and main members are of straight flats of required
thickness and cross bars are of square sections. Square bars are seated in
the slots, notched in the main members, and welded to form the grills.

2. Square Bar Pattern with Serration:- Epoxy Painted Floor Gratings

The main bars (Local bearing members) are serrated to provide firm grips
while walking.

3. Diamond Pattern (Honey Comb Type):In this Pattern also, outer frame members and main load bearing members
are of straight flats of various thickness. In between them are placed wavy
flats, pressed to form diamond pattern. These pressed flats are welded to
main members.

Surface Finish:Painting:
The gratings are normally painted with one coat of Black Enamel to IS
2932, over one coat of Zinc Phosphate Red Oxide primer to IS 2074. Red
lead primer to IS 102 may also be applied in place of Zinc chromate primer.

Galvanising: Diamond Pattern (Honey Comb Type)

Galvanised gratings are recommended for projects in coastal areas, with
Zinc coating not less than 610gm/m2. Galvanising shall be done by Hot dip
process as per IS 2633 and IS 4759. After galvanizing, one coat of Black
Bituminous Paint to IS 158 may also be applied, if the customer so desires.
Customer Requirement:Floor Gratings and step treads of any Pattern can be manufactured to any
size with different flat sections of customers choice. We can recommend
proper surface finish to suit the project location and environmental
conditions.

Guillotine Gate Assembly

Guillotine Gate has the main function of isolation of equipment to permit
inspection, maintenance and repair in addition to process isolation.
Sometimes, these dampers are specified for by-pass ducts.
A Guillotine gate essentially consist of a blade, peripheral seal assembly
system, support members for the blade, a drive to move the blade steadily
from open to close position. The drive can be provided by pneumatic
cylinders or by chain drive as per system requirement.

DAMPER ASSEMBLY
The Louver type of damper consists of several blades mounted parallel
across ducts, with centrally pivoted shafts extending out through a frame
and driven by a linkage. These are versatile, easy to handle any
application in the power plant. Fast opening and closing is an important
advantage. Normally a support structure is not required.

PEB BUILDINGS
After getting our drawing, approved by customer, steel structurals are
manufactured at factory in such a way to have economical us of steel and
asthetically good looking, when compared to conventional type Angle /
Channel / Beam Buildings.
The system uses Factory Manufactured Components (FMC) with stringent
quality control. FMCs include Galvalume sheets for Roofing and wall
cladding, Gutter, drain pipes, bolt, nuts, screws, and sealants. FMCs are

transported to site for erection in trailers. Erection is done after painting

of structural at site, in any color of customers taste.
The entire building is erected on civil foundation in a very short period by
our company trained staff and competent erection engineers.
There is no fabrication work done @ site.

Vertical storage tanks are fabricated at site using hydraulic jacking

method over the sand pad foundations.
Fixed cone Roof tank and floating roof tank can be manufactured as
per the customer requirement.
Hydro test, Liquid penetrant test, Radiography test shall be done as
per the customer requirement.

Horizontal Oil Storage Tanks

Horizontal Storage tanks for Oil, Water, Chemical and etc

Storage tanks are manufactured as BIS or any equivalent standard

various thicknesses. Internals like Fill pipe, Dip pipe, sector pipe and
flanges can be fixed as per the customer requirements.
Hydro test, Liquid penetrent test, Radiography test shall be done as
per the customer requirements.
Tanks can be supplied for various capacities ranging from 5 KL to
100 KL.
