My dearly beloved in Christ,

People have a variety of ideas as to
what is the purpose of human life.
Some would say it is a jolly of good
times, others would say that life
should be lived with a sense of duty,
righteousness and respect. Yet
others would claim that you are here
to make a pile of money and those
who dont are failures.
When we see God called Israel
there was a special relationship
between God and Israel that is
called covenant. There was a
special purpose for the people of
Israel designed by the God of
mighty. He love, guided and
provided for them. In turn they were
to obey his commandments and be
loyal to Him but they failed live up to
their promise. As soon as sin
entered in their lives it broke the
relationship as he is not a once off
creator but a perpetual creator. The
real miracle of God is in the fact that
he forgives in face of ingratitude and
flagrant violation. It was at the heart
of Christs Gospel as well. When
people brought a woman taken in
adultery and wanting to stone them,

he said that those who were without

sin should cast the first stone.
The real Christian should eventually
wait upon the lords calling so as to
discover the real purpose of his
existence in this world. We as a
church and community members
should really thrive to help others to
kindle their faith so as to follow the
real purpose of their life by mending
the relationship with others and also
with their creator. Thus giving a
meaning to their life as a whole.
May the lord almighty help each one
of us to thrive for a passion to live a
life with a purpose.

PRAYER POINTS
Praise God for Biju achen as he completes ten years of pastoral ministry and
pray Lord for heavenly blessings to be showered upon him for the future ;
Pray for world peace , unity among the various churches and the spread of the
gospel among the many unreached for Jesus Christ
Pray for theParish AnnualGeneral Body meeting planned, the discussions and
the presentation of reports for the past year;
Pray for the newExecutive Committee that takes over and thank you Lord for the
services of the outgoing Committee members;
Pray for the VBS 2015, we pray for our students, the VBS Director , the teachers
and the volunteers , the sponsors and the general arrangements ;
Pray for Your guidance , wisdom and finances as we embark on proposals for
buying a plot to build a worship place;
Pray for the families who are going through a period of grief as they mourn the
loss of their dear ones;
Pray for all our Sunday school students as they prepare for the memory verse
and singing competitions;
Pray for the arrangements of the Family camp , the registrations in process, the
accommodation and the various programs planned;
Pray for the young families in our Parish and the recently married couples
