Garlic:

Standard Dosage= 2 to maximum 5 g of fresh raw garlic

1 garlic clove = 2 gram to 3 gram approx

600 to 900 milligrams ( 1000 miligram= 1 gram) of garlic per day. Since most garlic cloves are about 3
grams, this is equivalent to 1/10 to 1/2 a garlic clove daily. BUT some says it should be 2 to 4 grams i.e 1
clove to 2 clove garlic safely
CINNAMON
Standard Dosage= 1 to 1.5 g/day
1 teaspoon= 2.8 grams cinnamon powder

For me teaspoon is enough or 1/3 teaspoon

Dosing
Ground cinnamon is generally given at dosages of 1 to 1.5 g/day in studies of diabetes
without reported adverse reactions.
Other Dosage Suggestions
Based on material bulk density reference charts, cinnamon weighs in at 0.56 grams per cubic
centimeter, one cubic centimeter = 0.2 teaspoon, and so there are 2.8 grams of cinnamon per
teaspoon. So four grams of cinnamon = 4 divided by 2.8, or just about one and a half teaspoons.
Don't consume more per day.
It's easy to get overambitious with cinnamon, but there are active substances that can hurt you if
consumed in excess. Coumarin, as just one example, is a potent blood-thinner and some cinnamon
in Europe has a warning label for this reason. Use no more than four grams per day. I use a few
dashes in coffee and limit myself to two to three cups of coffee throughout the day.
