but not limited to these mentioned.
Network dimensioning, optimization and auditing: Node utilization < 70%, Node co
ngestion = 0; Node availability > 99%; Node Accessibility > 99%, Drop Call Rate
< 1%, Handover Success Rate > 98%, CSSR > 98%, C7 load-LSSL <30%, HSSL <50%, M3U
A <80%, based on ITU-T, 3GPP, 3GPP2 standards, CP Loads < 60%, CP utilization <
70%, Packet Loss = 0; PS Accessibility > 98%; GSN Utilization < 30%, etc., based
