The above charges are applicable for manpower services only for 8 hrs. Of duty / 6 days a
week basis. Overtime if any, shall be charged on prorate basis

MANTRA will ensure for full compliances as governed by the Government such as Minimum
wages, Bonus, Provident
rovident Fund, ESI & other statutory compliances.

The above rates are based on the minimum wages prevailing by the state Government. As &
when there is any increase in the Minimum Wages or any change in Government taxation
policy, the same will be paid to
to the personnel and proportionate impact will be charged to
the client.
