rashes, DOB, tachycardia
hook plain NSS while on BT to run at KVO
monitor vs q 15 minutes while ongoing BT
give paracetamol __ mg SIVP 1 hr prior to BT
Inform PROD once blood product is available
For repeat CBC 6 hours post BT (optional)
Furosemide at 0.5- 1 mg/kg/dose mid
