Martins Place is a three storey Office Building comprising two wings and a core
area. The East Wing is approximately 660m and the West Wing is approximately
1100m. The building is a concrete frame structure with a brick external facade. The
Building was built circa 1991. An open basement car park is located under the
entirety of the building.
The majority of the electrical installation is original and was installed circa 1991.
However, various refurbishments and modification works have been undertaken
through the years.

modification works have been undertaken since the building was built and not all of
these works have be recorded.
An Asbestos Register exists for the building and this should be reviewed prior to any
works being undertaken. If any items are found and thought to be Asbestos
