RESUMO

O presente estudo demonstra a importncia do aprendizado sobre a matria


liderana militar durante a formao do cabo infante policial nos Cursos de
Formao de Cabos (CFC) das Organizaes Militares de Polcia do Exrcito
(OMPE); associando esta instruo com a evoluo do combate moderno.
Ainda, os conhecimentos adquiridos servem de subsdio para a incluso dessa
disciplina no Programa-Padro de Instruo Individual de Qualificao (PPQ)
do infante policial, o qual est sendo desenvolvido pelo Comando de
Operaes Terrestres. Objetivo: verificar em que medida, a matria liderana
militar pode ser ministrada no CFC da Qualificao Militar infante policial (QM
07-29), com a finalidade de habilitar o futuro comandante de esquadra para
exercer ao de comando mais eficiente, equilibrada e adequada ao ambiente
operacional contemporneo. Metodologia: foi realizado uma pesquisa do tipo
aplicada, a fim de gerar conhecimentos para aplicao prtica dirigidos
soluo de problemas especficos relacionados formao do cabo infante
policial nas OMPE. Com relao s dimenses da varivel independente
liderana, a presente pesquisa abordou os conceitos bsicos e os fundamentos
tericos que sistematizam a doutrina de liderana militar do Exrcito Brasileiro,
sem, no entanto, definir parmetros inflexveis. No que tange a formao do
cabo infante policial e ao respectivo PPQ, foram estabelecidas as tarefas que,
realizadas corretamente, caracterizaro o desempenho individual adequado s
atividades e responsabilidades do futuro comandante de esquadra no que se
refere a prtica da liderana militar. A partir da, foram formulados os Objetivos
Individuais de Instruo (OII), que definem a essncia metodolgica da
instruo individual.

ABSTRACT
This study demonstrates the importance of including military leadership in the
syllabus of the Military Police Corporal Training Course in Military Police Units;
Besides, it also highlights the need for an approach to the subject that is fully
integrated with the evolution of modern combat. The lessons learned in the
implementation of this subject will provide grounds for its continuation in the
Military Police Standard Qualification Program (PPQ), which is being developed
by the Land Operations Command. Objective: To verify to what extent military
leadership can be taught in the Corporal Training Courses in the Military Police
Standard Qualification Program (MQ 07-29), in order to empower future squad
leaders to exercise command more effectively in operational environments.
Methodology: An applied research was conduted in order to generate
knowledge for practical application aimed at specific problem solving related to
the training of military police corporal in military police units. Regarding the
dimensions of the independent variable leadership, this study addressed the
basic concepts and the theoretical foundations that systematize the military
leadership doctrine of the Brazilian Army, without setingt inflexible parameters.
Regarding the training of the military police corporal and the Standard
Qualification Program, tasks that were established and properly performed will
assess

the

appropriate

individual

performance

for

the

activities and

responsibilities related to futere squad leaders in the exercise of military


leadership. From this point, Individual Instruction Goals defining the essence of
this type of instruction were formulated.
