Daily dose:
Approximately 3,000 IU's per 100 lbs of body weight.
Example: if you weigh 200 lbs, you would take 6,000 IU's per day. (Cancer and autoimmune 8,000 iu per day)

Make sure to tell your Dr to give you a 25-Hydroxy D test to make sure your levels are:

The normal 25-hydroxyvitamin D lab values are 20-56 ng/ml (50-140 nmol/L). However, this range is too broad to be ideal. In fact,
your vitamin D level should never be below 32 ng/ml (82 nmol/L), and any levels below 50 nmol/L (20 ng/ml) are considered serious
deficiency states, increasing your risk of as many as 16 different cancers and autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis and
rheumatoid arthritis. There are two vitamin D tests -- 1,25(OH)D and 25(OH)D. 25 Hydroxy D is the better marker of overall D status
because it measured the stored D.
Vitamins A and D work synergistically, not antagonistically; if you take large amounts of vitamin A without vitamin D, you are likely to
develop symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. Likewise, if you take large amounts of vitamin D without vitamin A, you are likely to develop
symptoms of vitamin A deficiency. K2 is also, necessary for bone resorption of calcium. (if Calcium levels are 9.6 or higher, stop
taking Vitamin D). note: multiply ng/mL by 2.5 to get nmol/L.

How to make pickling lime water :1 tablespoon of pickling lime powder (calcium hydroxide - Mrs Wages) diluted in 1
gallon of distilled water

Juice of half an organic Lemon 1/8 cup OR 1 tablespoon Braggs (ACV) apple cider vinegar (health hut has organic lemon
juice by Santa Cruz)
Norwegian kelp powder 1+ tsp OR 7+ capsules as Ascophyllum nodosum or Laminaria digitata (health hut or seaveg.com )
1 glass of clean water to mix it to make 8oz.

The taste of the drink should be slightly sweet from the molasses and neutral tasting. If the drink tastes tart, add additional pickling
lime water, if it tastes chalky, add additional lemon juice until you get the neutral slightly sweet tast

Using quart Ball jar, heat up about 1/2 cup of water, with a 2 pinches of Epsom salts, in the microwave for a minute.
Add 2 Tbsp or 1/4 cup of Blackstrap molasses and mix until dissolved.
Add about 1/2 cup of cold water to cool it, otherwise, it may kill important enzymes in the lemon or acv.
Add 2 Tbsp or 1/4 cup of Lime water.
Add 2 Tbsp of ACV or juice from 1 Lemon (1/4 cup)
Add additional water until it is at least 16oz or 2 cups.
Eat 1 + tsp OR take 7+ capsules ( 0 sized capsules ) kelp

Drink this 2-3 times per day and take the kelp capsules at the same time.
Add 1-3 drops of Essential oil of Peppermint and/or 1/4 tsp pure Vanilla to extend the alkalizing effects.
The drink works best if you drink it throughout the day, otherwise, drink after meals.

The drink should have a sweet taste but neutral. If it is chalky, add more lemon juice. If it is too sour, add more pickling lime water.
Do not mix up more than 1.5 days supply at a time. Fresh is best.Lime water can be added throughout the day in other drinks.
Alkalizing Baths
Run a hot bath (as hot as you can personally stand).
Assuming that the volume of water in your bath is somewhere between 100-150 gallons, add the following to your bath:

1-2 pounds of Epsom Salt (about 2-4 cups)

3-4 pints of Hydrogen peroxide

1 cup sea salt


Soak in this bath for a period of time. Start out slow (i.e. 15 minutes). As your health improves you will be able to stay in them for much
longer. If you are in very poor health, it may be wise to start out with a foot bath instead of a full bath. If you are in poor health and
choose to take full baths, make sure there is someone who can help you if you feel to weak to get out of the bath or if you feel like
passing out.
After the bath, finish by taking a cold shower. This is very important. Do not skip the cold shower step. Stay in the cold shower for a few
minutes. Just long enough to cool down your entire body, but not too long that you get cold. You can do these baths as often as you
like. A friend of mine who used this protocol to cure himself of cancer did these baths as often as three times per day. Again start out
slow, especially if you are very ill and make sure to always finish with a cold shower.
Bath Variations:
Adding Baking Soda or Apple Cider Vinegar
If you are someone who has trouble putting on weight or feels unusually cold when other people are not cold, you may benefit from
adding up to 1 pound of baking soda in your bath along with the Epsom salt and Hydrogen Peroxide.
Do not add baking soda if you have trouble losing weight, feel unusually hot, have trouble losing weight or have heart problems
related to excess levels of sodium. If you fit this profile, you made find it beneficial to add 1 cup of Apple cider Vinegar to the Epsom
Salt and Hydrogen Peroxide.
The Mental and Spiritual Component
If you are sick, at least half of the journey towards healing will involve changes in your mental and spiritual outlook.
To lower your stress level and to speed your progress towards healing and try the following:

Pray and/or practice meditation

Refuse to worry about things you cannot control or things you are unwilling to take action to change

Focus on things that you can be grateful for

Do not engage in negative thinking

Practice deep breathing to reduce stress and increase your sense of well being

Make sure you take a least one day a week dedicated to physical, mental and spiritual rest

Get some sun every single day.

Kelp:
Laminaria for those who have a hard time getting cool in the summer. Higher Potassium to Sodium ratio and highest in iodine.
Ascorphyllum Nodosum is good for those who have a hard time getting warm in the winter. Higher Sodium to Potassium ratio in the
Lymphatic system. Being Cold is a sign your Sodium may be too Low in ratio to the amount of Potassium, but one may also be cold
because of Poor Digestion and not enough Energy is being released from the foods you are eating.
The Apple Cidar Vinegar may NOT be good for someone with adrenal problems. The Adrenals, Thyroid and Para-Thyroid appear to
work almost as a single gland. If one is out of whack, the entire body is screwed.

Bad digestion, drink buttermilk recipe:

To extend the alkalizing effects of the drink:
Try adding a drop or three of Pure peppermint Oil in the drink and maybe add some Pure Vanilla.
These will help raise and hold the PH up longer.
RDA of calcium is 995mg. 1/4 tsp calcium hydroxide is about 298mg. 1500mg = 1.6 Tblsp
*** you can take a lot MORE pickling lime water and "Kelp" than is suggested above. Start slow and if things don't improve, slowly build

The chemical reaction between the acid in the lemon juice and the alkaline minerals in the molasses releases energy into the body and
makes the minerals more bioavailable.
*Some people like to mix their kelp in with their drink, some just put the kelp straight into their mouths
Special note on the kelp: Most people find the taste absolutely vile? It may help to moisten it and your mouth first so you don't gag!
Some people use a straw to bypass the taste. But this really is an essential part of the drink and is packed with loads of minerals and
complex carbohydrates,
so do what you need to do to get it down! And yes, kelp is available in capsules, but the powder is much cheaper.
If you are chronically ill: I suggest you start with with just a teaspoon of kelp and a tablespoon of the
pickling lime water along with all the other ingredients. Over time, start building up on both those
ingredients until you can manage 2-3 teaspoons of kelp and 2-4 tablespoons of the picking lime water in each drink. You don't have to
drink it all at once, you can also sip it over a few hours.
When someone has been chronically ill for a while, a drink like this might create a powerful reaction and start to release acids from
organs and tissues too quickly, that is why I am suggesting you start slow. (Better to aim for minimal discomfort while you begin to
rebuild your health)
Can you make a batch in advance?
You can mix the Blackstrap Molasses, pickling Lime water and kelp together without the Lemon juice or the ACV and keep this cool then add the ACV or Lemon juice just before drinking. The batch should be ok for a day, but not longer than two days. Fresh is best!
Heath Notes:
*Blackstrap molasses should be unsulphured. Sulphur is acid forming.
*If using apple cider vinegar, buy organic and unpasteurised (*with mother*) so full of active enzymes.
Otherwise, just find a good source of unpasteurised ACV.
*Pickling lime is normally found in the pickling/canning section of shops. Your alternative is to buy calcium hydroxide powder and put 1
tablespoon of the powder in 1 gallon of distilled water and use that as your pickling lime solution.
*Buy food grade epsom salts.
*Kelp is apparently purest from Norway, and it is better if it is finely powdered.
*If you are very acidic, you can also add a pinch of epsom salts or a tablespoon of ACV with a tablespoon of pickling lime water to your
normal glasses of water (the pickling lime provides calcium by the way).
To keep your mineral reserves up, to every glass of water throughout the day, you may also add a tablespoon of pickling lime water
(plus a dash of lemon or ACV). The Moreless alkalizing drink is basically a very cheap and effective method of creating alkalinity and is
NOT meant as a substitue for a wholesome diet with complex carbs as is found in foods like green veges. The drink is basically a
method to get us more alkaline quicker, but it is NOT the way to become alkaline totally, that takes some effort!
** SAFETY NOTES ON CALCIUM HYDROXIDE **
(For those who can't get hold of the pickling lime water)
CALCIUM HYDROXIDE (also known as - pickling lime water/Ca(OH)2/slaked lime/biocalc/lime water etc.)
In concentrated powdered form, this stuff is a skin, eye and respiratory irritant. It is CORROSIVE and causes burns. Should you be
using this concentrated form to dilute with water before use, please protect yourself by wearing safety glasses, gloves and minimize
your exposure to the dust.There are no safety issues if you buy the pre made pickling lime water.

Remember, the drink asks for 1 (to 4) tablespoon of the diluted lime water - you take 1 tablespoon of the powder and add it to a gallon
of water. You do NOT add the powder directly to your drink! This powder is also incompatible with strong acids! Start small and slow,
and add more after checking your response. We are all unique, so someone else's ideal dosage may not be the same as yours.

Be Patient
Your current health situation more than likely took years to develop. It is unreasonable to think that you can correct it overnight. More
than likely a lack of patience has made your health problem worse causing you to bounce from things that promised a quick fix to your
problem but in the end only made things worse.
Exercise Moderation
Imagine your body as a house and if you are sick, it is more than likely that your house needs cleaning. In the process of cleaning your
house, you have the option to go fast and kick up a lot of dust or be more methodical and to kick up less dust. The faster you go the
more discomfort you are likely to experience. The worst case scenario is the discomfort becomes so great that you have abandon the
approach all together and go grasping at something that may not be good for you to alleviate the discomfort. It makes much more
sense to take things slowly and do things more consistently over time.
Clean up Your Digestive Tract
First things first, is to give yourself an enema or to go and see a professional colon hydrotherapist. This is to help clean out your
digestive system. If you are not healthy more than likely your digestive system is not functioning properly. If your digestive system is not
working, then it is very difficult for your body to extract nutrients from the food that you eat. Skipping this first step can minimize the
impact of positive change in your diet.
Rebuild the Positive Bacteria in your Digestive Tract
Purchase a Probiotic supplement (one with a high billion count 8+ and with both Bifidus Bacterium and Acidophilus) from your local
Organic Food Market (Mothers, Whole Foods). First thing in the morning, drink a glass of water to water down your stomach acids.
Then take the probiotics along with a glass of skim milk.
Drink Enough Purified Water (Chlorine and Chemical free)
When you are thirsty, you should drink water rather than coffee, soda, or even juice. You can tell if you are drinking enough clean water
if the color of your urine is a very pale. If your urine is dark then you should increase the amount of water that you are drinking. When
you drink water it is best to sip smaller amounts throughout the day rather than gulping large amounts at once.
Avoid the Bad Stuff Acid Forming Foods and Activities

Avoid refined sugars (white sugar, high fructose corn syrup etc.)

Avoid refined starches (white bread, pasta, white rice etc.)

Avoid chemicals such as preservatives, artificial sweeteners (Splenda or sucralose, Equal or apartame, etc.)

Avoid eating fruit and dairy or fruit and meat at the same time (make sure to wait 1 hour after consuming fruit before eating
meat or dairy and 3 hours after consuming meat or dairy before eating fruit)

Avoid consuming homogenized milk or products made from homogenized milk (skim milk products are ok)

Avoid eating protein or grains 4-6 hours before you go to sleep
