TERMS & CONDITIONS

VALIDITY:

Valid for 15 days . After this date it would be subject to our future Confirmation

PRICES:

The prices quoted are valid for destination. The consignee is obliged to give despatch clearance within
one week from the date of the order. If this is not compiled with, prices ruling on the date of supply, shall
be applicable. In such case, we also reserve the right to amend the delivery period or cancel the order.

TAXES/D UTIES:

VAT @ 5 % EXTRA

DELIVERY:

3 to 4 weeks from the date of receipt of commercially Clear order to be received at our HO at Bangalore
While every effort will be made by us to stick to the delivery schedule, we shall not be held responsible for
any consequences due to delay in supplied for any reason whatsoever.

INSTALLATION:

As indicated against respective items. The work involving any other structural
alterations, electric supply, fittings wiring etc. if required, including fixing of the switch, voltage stabilizer
etc. shall be provided at site, at your cost, expense and care per our instructions/ specifications.

PAYMENT:

100 % advance by DD favouring Kriti Kare India Pvt. Ltd.,

CANCELLATION:

In the event of cancellation of the order, cancellation charges @ 5%(five percent) of invoice value will be
applicable

GUARANTEE:

The quoted product carries standard guarantee of 12 months against manufacturing defects
from the date of installation / commissioning, but in any case not later than 12 (twelve)) months from the
date despatch, whichever is earlier. During the aforesaid guarantee period, we shall replace repair any
defective parts solely at our discretion. The defective parts if replaced with new ones will become our
property.

TRANSIT INSURANCE: Insurance will be covered by us at our cost against loss and damage in transit upto destination. Incase
insurance should be extended beyond the date of receipt of goods the corresponding cost will be
charged to you additionally. In order to enable us to register our claims with the Insurance Company in
case of damage or loss, the consignee is required to check the consignment immediately on receipt and
report to us about damage or loss if any, latest within seven days after receipt. If the consignment is
outwardly damaged, open delivery should be taken, and a certificate obtained from the carriers to that
effect. In case of non-delivery of consignment within two months from the date of despatch, a formal
claim on the carriers and notice to us shall be necessary.
FORCE MAJEURE:

The company shall not be liable for any loss of damage due to delay in manufacture or delivery resulting
from any conditions beyond the company' reasonable control, including but not limited to compliance
with any regulations, order or instructions of any central or state government or any department or
agency thereof, acts of God, acts or omissions of the purchase, fire, strike, factory shutdown or alterations,
embargoes, war, riots, delay in transport, labour trouble and any delay resulting from any such cause, shall
extend delivery dates correspondingly.
This delay also includes delay on account of procurement of bought-out items from companys suppliers
which items form a part of the equipment being sold.

LEGAL JURISDICTION: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
