O R D E R:
In the reference first read above, the CEO, RSS & Commissioner & Director
of Agriculture has requested the Government to arrange for release of an amount of
Rs.425.00 Crores (i.e Rs. 380.00 crores towards settlement of grievances in 13 districts +
Rs.45.00 crores in CRDA region) under the Agriculture Debt Redemption Scheme within BEs
2015-16 in relaxation of quarterly regulation and financial control orders to disburse the
amount through the banks to the eligible beneficiaries under the 3rd phase.

In the reference second read above, the Government in Finance (EBS-II-A-C-AHFCSE) Department, have issued budget release order for an amount of Rs.367,32,00,000/(Rupees Three Hundred Sixty Seven Crores Thirty Two Lakhs) to the CEO, RSS &
Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad from the Non -Plan from the BE
provision 2015-16 towards meeting the expenditure under the following scheme including the
farmers of CRDA Area and head of an account following.

Accordingly, after careful examination and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order
issued vide G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an
amount of Rs.367,32,00,000/-(Rupees Three Hundred Sixty Seven Crores Thirty Two Lakhs)
under Non -Plan from the BE provision 2015-16 towards meeting the expenditure under the
following scheme including the farmers of CRDA Area.
4.
The CEO, RSS & Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, AP, Hyderabad shall take
further necessary action accordingly.
