Designation: Sr. Engineer Quality Control
Responsibilities:
Inspect the incoming raw material.
Quality Assurance of RM & PM.
Quality Control of Finish goods.
Process Capability of Finish goods.
To reduce internal defects rate through 7 QC Tools and Six Sigma methodology.
Maintain Quality Test Procedure and Product Specification.
Implement Calibration plans and Maintain calibration record.
Identify and record Non-conformance in the Incoming, in-process and Final stages of
inspection.
Implementation of Quality Plan and WI within the department to insure Quality of all
product.
Inspects the color difference by using spectro photometer.

 Improvement optimum quality of high production organization.

Preparing QMS related document.
Proper utilization of M/c, Equipment & Manpower with minimum resources & minimum
cost.
To arrange the various training program for employee to up gradation and aware with the
latest version.
Motivate to subordinate towards continuous improvements.
