Section 1:
Recruitment Guidelines
How to effectively recruit members to the BZR Clan Network.

n order to effectively recruit members to the BZR Clan Network, you must keep
the following guidelines in mind.

! 1.1 At the associate member level, people of all races are allowed, including
whites, blacks, Hispanics and Asians. Please refer to the religious policy
(section 1.3) and ensure these rules are being followed as well as racial rules.
! 1.2 At the executive member level, only white people are allowed. The same
rules for associate members (no blacks, Muslims, gypsies, Hispanics, or Asians)
also apply, however, only white people from the United States of America are
allowed to hold an executive position.
! 1.3 Religious policy - People of the following religions are prohibited:
o! Satanism / Satanist
o! Hinduism
o! Zen
o! Taoism
o! Sikhism

Section 2:
Meeting Guidelines
Rules & guidelines regarding BZR Clan meetings.

ur meetings are extremely specialized meetings. These meetings serve the


purpose of organizing goals for our company.

! 2.1 Our meetings occur twice a month. One happens on the first Tuesday of
the month, and the other happens on the last Tuesday of the month. The
meetings typically occur at 8:00 PM Eastern time, however, the time is flexible.
! 2.2 Meetings must be kept formal, and only BZR Clan members can be
included. Anyone using informal speech will be removed from the meeting
and will receive an infraction.
! 2.3 Voting procedure is as follows:
o! A majority vote from all BZR members is required to pass a new bill
within the BZR Clan.
o! If a majority vote passes, but the President of the Clan doesnt agree
with it, he/she has the power to veto the bill. At least 2 votes from
either an executive or partner-level member of the clan are required to
pass the Presidents veto.
o! If a bill doesnt pass with a majority amount of votes, and the
President is in favor of the bill, he/she can utilize their power of a
supervote, which requires at least 2 votes from the entire clan to
pass. If the President initiates a supervote, and at least 2 other
executive or partner-level members from the clan vote yes, the bill
will essentially be passed.
! 2.4 If the entire clan is not available for a meeting, it must be postponed for a
later date.

Section 3:
Promotion & Demotion
Guidelines
These are the guidelines for being promoted to higher ranks within
the clan, as well as being demoted to lower ranks.

ur clan is composed of 3 levels of membership. The highest is the Executive


Board of Directors, followed by the partner member team, followed lastly
by the associate member team. Members can be promoted or demoted
based on the following guidelines:

! 3.1 The President & CEO of the clan has the ability to utilize his/her
supervote ability to promote/demote a person based on their will. When this
happens, 2 executive and/or partner-level members must also approve the
promotion/demotion for it to go through.
! 3.2 Any executive or partner-level member can introduce legislation to
promote members. Executive members can propose to promote partner-level
members and associate-level members. Partner-level members can only
propose to promote associate-level members. A majority vote is required to
approve the promotion.
! 3.3 Only executive-level members can introduce legislation to demote
members. A majority vote is required to approve the demotion. If an associatelevel member is demoted, they will be suspended for a minimum of 2 weeks as
there is no lower rank than associate-level member.

Section 4:
Employee Financial
Obligations & Fair Wage
Policy
These are the guidelines for paid positions within the clan.

he BZR Clan offers a salary to certain paid positions such as President,


Executive Vice President, department directors, select advisors, as well as
some other positions.

! 4.1 All wages are to be determined by the President & CEO of BZR Clan.
Wages can be increased or decreased at any time, but are mostly
increased/decreased in the event of a promotion or demotion. All wage
changes must be approved by the President of BZR.
! 4.2 Unlike many other things that must be approved by a majority vote, salaries
for paid employees are handled solely by the President of BZR as well as
anyone else he/she determines.
! 4.3 The President of BZR has the ability to declare a financial emergency for
the clan, which will result in wages being held from employees for a designated
amount of time. After the financial emergency has ended, employees will then
be paid the amount of money that was held back, as well as their normal
wages.
! 4.4 All salaries for paid employees must be complaint with out Fair Wage
Policy. Employees in a paid position are entitled to a fair wage. Fair wages are
determined by the President of BZR.
