You can also choose the menu path Accounting Financial Accounting Accounts Receivable
Document Entry Payment Fast Entry ( Transaction code F-26) by which you go to the screen INCOMING
PAYMENTS FAST ENTRY. Similar data as in the following steps may be filled in.

1.3. Press the button PROCESS OPEN ITEM to advance to the next screen POST INCOMING PAYMENTS :
PROCESS
OPEN ITEMS. Press the Icon SELECT ALL and press the button INACTIVE.
If we are getting part payment, click part payment and select the line item against which we want to adjust. Click
on the payment amount . The amount received will be displayed.
1.4. Select the items to be cleared by placing the cursor on the respective documents. If there is some amount
left out after selecting the documents, take the menu path GO TO RESIDUAL PAYMENTS, place the
cursor on the document which can be adjusted and double click by which the amount entered and the
amount allocated against various documents are the same.
1.5 Save the document .
