MEP - Sprinkler on 2nd/3rd and storm pipe on 1st floor as well as electrical conduit continued in basement levels, primarily upper level.
Other Additional New Observations: Spraying on fireproofing (SOFP) continued behind curtains on west side of ground floor. No particulate
escape observed.
Information to be requested: More information on quality issues noticed with the mods - exterior: torn gaskets, dents and scratches to
the faade; interior: lack of completeness of mods.
Previous Information received: Mod installation now not starting until June 9 per FCR. 7th floor mods due to be finished now the week
of 5/21. FCR reiterates that 6th, 7th & 8th floors and Skanska adds poss bly the 9th floor will be installed after which job will shut down again.
4/8: Jury is still out on gaskets which may be under increasing stress under weight of additional floors.
Are to 'uninstall' a few of the 5th floor mods in order to correct gasket allignment issues (haven't yet). No leaks noticed in western part of 5th
floor where mods are to be uninstalled.
Paper documenting DOB's approval (signed 2/2/14) of no sidewalk shed on Dean received on 3/21/14.
At Navy Yard Wed., 10/16, FCR stated that first mods would arrive on site in late December/early January and that there would be a backlog
of 30-40 (1-2 floors worth) to 80 (3 floors worth) mods completed at that time which it was felt will be sufficient for production to keep ahead of
erection so there will be no downtime during mod erection at the B2 site.
Previous observations: Front faade is 33-35' from the ped walkway. Flatbush faade is 12' from the edge of the sidewalk shed. Height
exceeds 2 X the distance between the building and the ped crosswalk at Flatbush across Dean.

MEP - Sprinkler on 2nd/3rd and storm pipe on 1st floor as well as electrical conduit continued in basement levels, primarily upper level.
Other - No Con Ed. No Navillus (reportedly ran out of material). No sprinkler subcontractor.
Additional New Observations: Spray-n fireproofing (SOFP) continued behind curtains on west side of ground floor until noon. No
particulate escape observed. Primary machine broke down at approximately noon. Backup machine did not function adequately. Operator
said the backup machine was not breaking the dry SOFP small enough and there was not enough pressure to properly spray the material on
the underside of the decking or the structural steel. Machine repair expected tomorrow. Removal of water damaged sheetrock in units on
2nd floor continues.
Information to be requested: More information on quality issues noticed with the mods - exterior: torn gaskets, dents and scratches to
