Describeandcriticallyevaluateahumanresourcesmanagementactivityusedbyanorganizationyourgrouphas
interestinorisacquaintedwith.Basedonyouranalysis,suggestswaysofimprovingthewaytheorganization
managesthisactivity.YouwillalsoneedtoreviewtheorganizationsstrategicplansandevaluateiftheHR
Activityunderreviewisalignedwiththestrategicplansoftheorganization.
Option2:(TargetsaspecificHumanResourcesfunction.)
Describeandcriticallyevaluateahumanresourcesmanagementfunctionofinteresttothegroup.Youwillbe
responsibletoidentifyyourissueandproviderelevantresearch.Youwillneedtoproviderecommendations
andstrategiesthatwillhelporganizationseffectivelymanagethefunctiondiscussed.
