The Plac Lotrikow Garden
is a winding network of paved
pedestrian trails and
inter-reflective pole top lanterns.
This lighting is for pedestrian safety
and is anti-glare for visual comfort.
The columns are grouped together
with spotlights and light fittings
for the walkways, bringing out
all of the beautiful elements
in this urban landscape.
The external trails needed objects
that blend in with nature.
Therefore, fittings such as the Tee
were used, which blends in well
with its surroundings and with the
passageways that wind through
rocks and vegetation.
These light fittings give off a soft
light, ideal for enhancing the
various rock formations and all the
different levels in the landscape.
These fittings have a
chameleon-like glass cap
and blend in perfectly with
this context. Miniwoody with
spikes was also utilised when we
needed a fitting that could be
installed in the rocky terrain.
This created not only a pathway
but a play with light and darkness
that enhances the natural
beauty of the rocks.
