Schneider Electric EVlink Platinum service plan provides Data and Network Services, Remote Monitoring
and monthly reporting, remedial repairs, and Preventive Maintenance visits performed twice a year for a
three year period. A parking space graphics and signage package and a Final Commissioning (Start-Up)
visit (following the installation of the equipment if the service is purchased with the unit) are included with this
service plan package as well.
1.1 DATA AND NETWORK SERVICES WITH REMOTE MONITORING & MONTHLY REPORTING
Local reporting to your internal network on the status and usage statistics from your EVlink Charging Station
is included as part of the program along with Remote Monitoring of your stations by Schneider Electric
accompanied by a monthly summary report provided by Schneider Electric.
1.2 SEMI-ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Included as part of the EVlink Platinum service plan, two Preventive Maintenance visits provide a
comprehensive visual, environmental and electronic inspection of the EVlink Charging Stations to ensure that
components are performing to defined technical and environmental specifications. This service includes all
labor and travel expenses.
1.3 ON-SITE REMEDIAL SERVICES
Schneider Electric will dispatch a technician to provide repairs in the event of a problem. The standard
response time is Next Business Day and includes all parts, labor and travel expenses except as noted in
Section 8. Please consult with your local Schneider Electric representative for details.
1.4 GRAPHICS AND SIGNAGE PACKAGE
Schneider Electric will provide a custom parking space graphic, identifying the parking space serviced by the
EVlink station for electric vehicle charging, a sign for additional identification will also be provided.
1.5 FINAL COMMISSIONING (START-UP) SERVICE
Schneider Electric will dispatch a technician to verify proper connection and functionality of your EVlink
Charging Station following the installation of the unit by your contractor when the EVlink Platinum service
plan is purchased with the equipment. The technician will register the EV Charging station on the network
map for web portal access and GPS location services; all without any action required on customers behalf
(the registration and location service applies to Schneider Electric EVlink charging stations only).

3.0 Details of Service


3.1 REMOTE MONITORING SERVICE DELIVERABLES
Schneider Electric Remote Monitoring Service (RMS) is a secure, firewall friendly web-based service that
provides real-time monitoring of the health and status of the customers device. Upon detection of a critical
device situation, a service technician will be notified and intervene onsite as necessary. Customers will also
be notified of any site related critical issue to help them maintain continuity of service.
The convenient RMS web interface provides the customer with a real-time, dynamic snapshot of their
system's health, while the flexible profile can be easily accessed to reflect contact changes within their
organization.

3.2 SEMI-ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE DELIVERABLES


The Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance service provides a service technician at the customers location
on a pre-determined scheduled date.
The following table lists the details of the service tasks provided with this visit.

Perform Visual Inspection

A service technician will inspect the EVlink Charging station(s) to


ensure that all system components are clean and functioning within
designed specifications.

Perform Environmental
Inspection

A service technician will verify and document that the systems


environment is within specified operating conditions.

Perform Mechanical/Electrical
Inspection

A service technician will inspect the charging connections and


operational controls.

Implement Updates

A service technician will verify and implement all required Field


Advisories and Field Modifications.

Prepare and Deliver Report

A service technician will describe the current condition and make


recommendations for corrective action if required. A detailed report
will be provided.

3.3 ON-SITE REMEDIAL SERVICE DELIVERABLES


The EVlink Platinum service plan provides a service technician at the customers location to diagnose, repair,
and test the EVlink system in the event of failure. All related labor, travel, and parts are included within the
context of such an intervention. *See Section 8 for exceptions

3.4 GRAPHICS AND SIGNAGE PACKAGE SERVICE DELIVERABLES


The EVlink Platinum service plan provides your EVlink Charging Station Location with a custom look and
clearly defined spaces.
The following table lists the details of the service tasks provided with this visit.

Parking Space Graphics

A service technician will apply a custom graphic to the parking


space(s) supported by the EVlink Charging Station.

Parking Space Signage

A service technician will apply a sign stating the space is Reserved


for Electric Vehicle use.

3.5 FINAL COMMISSIONING (START-UP) SERVICE DELIVERABLES


The EVlink Platinum service plan provides a service technician at the customers location on a predetermined scheduled date.
The following table lists the details of the service tasks provided with this visit.

4.0 Assumptions
The successful performance of the tasks defined in the Scope of Work (SOW) is based on the
following key assumptions, which are agreed to by Schneider Electric:
All services shall be executed during Schneider Electrics standard business hours:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekly, local time. Holidays are
exceptions.
All services are performed on-site by authorized service technicians.
Next Business Day is defined as the next day during the business week and normal
business hours.
Graphics and Signage set up service is completed during the Final Commissioning
(Start-Up) Service (if applicable), or with the initial PM visit.
The following items are not included in the scope of this service:
Initial Installation of EVlink Charger
Third party components
Maintenance or replacement of the custom graphics or signage material after the initial
installation except as noted in Section 8.

5.0 Scope of Responsibility


The items stated here are responsibilities of Schneider Electric and the customer.
1.1 SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC CPCS RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet the customers service schedule date for planned services (when applicable)
Perform all Maintenance service tasks.
Submit Site Report and Maintenance Forms to the customer as applicable.
Ensure all action items are completed.
Inform and provide recommendations to the customer about any action items not
included in the SOW (statement of work).
1.2 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide dates and times when the scheduled work can be performed.
Ensure system has been fully installed and all electrical wiring and cabling is connected
prior to Schneider Electric CPCS service personnel arriving on site
Facilitate site access for a service technician.
Notify Schneider Electric of any security clearance requirements in advance of arrival.
Notify Schneider Electric of any safety training and safety equipment requirements.
Provide an on-site point of contact.
Ensure safety plan is in place prior to service.
Sign the completed Maintenance forms after the service.
Prepare the parking space(s) for graphics application.

6.0 Project Work Details


The information stated here are the details of the project performed by Schneider Electric
for the customer with specifications on date, time, and place.

SCHEDULE

Actual set dates will be discussed and approved between Schneider Electric and
the customer.

LOCATION

The location of this project will be on-site. It will be discussed and approved by Schneider
Electric and the customer.

COMPLETION CRITERIA

Schneider Electric is expected to have finished its written duties when any of the
following occurs:
1. Schneider Electric completes all the tasks described in this SOW.
2. This project and SOW are terminated for other reasons, within the Schneider Electric
Customer Agreement.

8.0 Exceptions and Exclusions


Charger cord and connector are considered to be a consumable and not covered under the repair portions of
this agreement.
Damage or defacement due to vandalism are not covered under this agreement.
