Preamble
1.0
Conceptualization
Precision required a recourse to first, 1st principles, to understand the human person
in proper perspective. The following two, 2 assumptions were kernel to the
conception of the person:
A paradigm shift in which science would perceive existence beyond matter,
to include mind, soul, and spirit
Another paradigm shift in business, where the emphasis shifts from profit
and loss to value creation
In both cases, the alternative paradigms are inclusive of the former. An emphasis on
value creation would also ensure good profit. And the four, 4 realms of existence
also capture matter. For instance soul is conceptualized as the product of the mind,
which functions to create with inputs from spirit and matter. Diagrammatically:
Then the quality of soul would derive from the capacity of mind to interpret input
from spirit and matter, appropriately. Moreover, people are evaluated against the
capacity for effort; as it is applied to thought and at work, to distinguish between the
following three, 3 phenomena:
Thought Pattern, f0
Behavior Pattern, Po
Learning Curve, LnG
Given the learning curve, LnG the capacities for productivity ROI and leadership,
Nu would be determined. And the factors LnG, EfT, and EnG would represent
measures of intellect, will, and emotion respectively; all three, 3 of which are
components of mind. While effort, EfT is actually a measure of the commitment of
the will, engagement, EnG would be a measure of the co-operation from the
emotion, which could be disruptive sometimes. The emotion, A and the intellect, F
work together, to generate the feelings, L that combine to define the soul, S for A =
LF2 and S = 1/L where L = 1/A2 F2. Equivalently the factors RtN, f0, and ScT work
together for optimum value creation, which translates into wealth in the form of
profits.

In this case, the sixth, 6th item defines the object that the procedure seeks to achieve,
while the other five, 5 items describe the object. And the N-O comprises four, 4
items according to the duality series in operations research presented below:

These define the first, 1st four, 4 items of the SPS, to predict the fifth, 5th. The SPS is
actually the analogue of the N-O. While the N-O defines reality as it ought to be, the
personal order, P-O is a representation of the same reality, according to the persons
perception of it. The F-Scale is a rendition of the SPS, so that the first, 1st four, 4
items are scrambled to calibrate the scale. The subject that is measured unscrambles
the items, according to the persons perception of them, to measure the P-O against
the N-O as the factor-f0 or objectivity, f0.
Following Einstein, thought is reduced into intuition, Pc and rationality, Rn.
Intuition is evaluated as the capacity for phenomenological compression, Pc where
phenomena are interpreted, to reduce them into the essentials that give being.
Rationality corroborates this action, to impose order on the items. The character
model outlines the form of these two, 2 concepts as follows:
Thus character, C would be established by the thought pattern, which predicts the
behavior pattern, as a function of the performance at task by the standard

6-Metrics Model
The factors C and OrgC are input to the appraisal model, to evaluate the factorROIAPP; which is input to the model of self-containment, ScT.
It is from the 6-metrics that learning, LnG and effort, EfT are derived. The factors
f0, RtN, and ScT are measures of intellect, emotions, and feelings respectively;
which define the form of engagement, EnG to quantify the commitment, C of the
will. They explain how the will, through character, C affects the intellect and the
emotion, through LnG and EfT respectively. At optimum performance, learning and
effort would be reciprocals, for EfT = 1/LnG; which makes the emotion and the
intellect, inverses. Optimum performance here would be a reference to self-control, ScR.

Concluding
In all these, the work would be to put the emotion in the control of the intellect; so
that the feelings are normalized, to create a quality soul. This would be the
responsibility of the will, according to the persons commitment to the task of soul
building. Ultimately, they would reduce phenomena to the four, 4 strategic
objectives, as evidence of optimum performance. By the productivity model,
commitment via the factor-C predicts productivity, according to the return on
investment, ROI. And optimum performance via the factor-f0 predicts leadership,
according to the approximation of the four, 4 strategic objectives, Nu.
In general, the following three, 3 features of the human person have been
highlighted, for form:

Self-Control, F
These derive from the following fundamental assumptions:
Ultimately, the purpose of humanity and the universe would be, to build the
soul
But the body, which is material, would need to be sustained, for optimum
performance on the primary objective of soul building
The universe is designed to perturb humanity, into sharpening the intellect,
to gain control over the emotion
Recall that the human brain is designed so that
information reaches the emotion first, 1st before it gets to
the intellect. And it is the emotion that is in touch with the
environment, together with all of its vagaries. Moreover
the physical environment is designed, following gravity
and relativity, to make the reconstruction of reality a
mirage. These have turned the elephantine emotion into
erratic and dominant forces, to be tamed by the skeletal
intellect, which must first, 1st acquire the required energy. Given self-control therefore, a
certain amount of energy would be available to build the soul. This would be distributed
between productivity for sustenance, and leadership for soul building.
