Description:
RMS is a web application which is created for carrying out the
processes related to recruitment of new employees. This system is exclusive for HR
department. The system contains various modules which are grouped in to three parts,
namely Masters, Transactions and Reports. These modules are shown to the users based on
their roles and responsibilities. Each step of recruitment process is covered in various
Transaction modules. Users can create a new recruitment requirement, register new contact
information of potential candidates, invite them for filling Job Application Form (JAF), Screen of
JAF, Invite for Interview, register interview feedback, create Offer Letter and proposed Salary
Structure and finally create the Appointment Letter. Each level of transaction triggers the
mails to concerned recipient so as to obtain smooth flow of communication.

Description:
AMS is a web application which facilitates the users to carry out
the tasks related to their attendances. AMS is directly connected to the biometrics devices
installed at all the locations of the company. The employees can login to their accounts and
check their Check-In times and Check-Out times. Apart from checking the attendance,

employees can submit their Out Door Duty (ODD) applications. The submitted ODDs are then
prompted to the respective Approval Authorities for approval or rejections. There are reports
modules available where employees can check the ODD related information and Approver
Authorities can check the ODD related information of their subordinates

Purpose of BdCATS is for the commission search for brokers. For those commissions we are
having search functionalities in bdCATS. For each and every transaction broker will be getting
commission.

MetLife representatives helps Clients invest their money in to various products like Bonds,
Equities etc. In iTracker we can see holding of different clients. Clients invest money in various
companies through various agents. With iTracker, Clients can see how much they have
invested, different accounts they have invested. Reps can track client investment
performance using iTracker.
