1. How To Upgrade Kernel Using JSPM

Download the Kernel patches form service market place and place the
downloaded files uder path /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in
Set the DISPLAY envirment variable
Go to path /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<inst no>/j2ee/JSPM

Type go and click enter.

A screen will open, type the password of SDM and click enter.

Select Single Support Packagesand click next

Check the target patch level and click next

Click start

Login into SAP and check the kernel version
From the menu System Status
