lll. Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting:
a. Minutes of our meeting last July 17,2015 at Immaculate Parish
Of Batangas City. Each coordinator presented some
Issues and concern on their parishes such as singing not
liturgical songs, encountering problems on the behaviour
of choir members as well as the pianists, choir recruitment,
attendance during the meeting, plan for choir, spiritual
formation, assistance of parish priests, line of songs.

B .In behaf of Fr. Joden, Ms. Leila and Sir Ed reviewed the
responsibility of music coordinator like meeting for diff. Parishes,
she
also reminded the group that the choir should pray before and
after serving .
c. Workshop of accompanist will be on sem- break (Aug. 21postponed needs preparation)
d .Review of Music Guidelines / Final reading/ Plan to distribute on
sem- break. The body was assigned to read the
guidelines.
e. Salmo marketing and distribution. 300.pesos each book.
