Arithmetic
This Arithmetic test assesses the test taker's ability to manage basic mathematical calculations and
equations. It also measures the ability of the test-taker to perform mathematical calculations rapidly
with accuracy. The topics covered include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. =

The test includes 40 multiple-choice questions that consist of doing a mathematical calculation and
selecting the best answer.

Call-Centre customer service simulation


This test measures the candidate's ability to provide call-centre customer service as defined by the
following KSA:

Demonstrated ability to be focused on customer service by: using the computer to navigate and
technology to solve problems; enter information accurately and without errors; and performing
multiple activities at the same time

Test includes
This is a web-based simulation test where the candidate plays the part of a call-centre customer service
agent. The test consists of the following:

Introduction
Training
Three (3) scored phone calls that simulate client calls to the customer service centre

Before the test begins, candidates are provided with standard instructions on completing the test.
It is important to work both quickly and accurately when completing this test.

This test measures abilities related to critical thinking. Aspects of critical thinking include:

Ability to define a problem


Ability to select pertinent information for the solution of a problem
Ability to recognize stated and unstated assumptions
Ability to formulate and select relevant and promising hypotheses
Ability to draw valid conclusions and judge the validity of inferences

Test includes
This test consists of 80 questions and includes exercises with problems, statements, arguments, and
interpretations of data similar to those encountered on a daily basis at work, in classrooms, in the
media, etc. Candidates read information that is provided and then decide what they think is the best
answer to each question.
