I would, however like to submit briefly a few developments in the recent past that reflects our endeavor towards the objectives we sincerely committed. The company is fast regaining it space in rock phosphate market. The IBP plant is producing BRP at 34+ P2O5 grade after a gap of 3-4 years. We have introduced a new product in 30 grade P2O5 CRP which has been well received by the industry. 5 MW solar power plant has been commissioned successfully and plans are underway to enhance RSMML presence in solar power. Introduction of ERP (tender document being finalized) will definitely bring in managerial efficiency and improve organizational productivity. The company has already called for expression of interest for exploitation of incidental and additional resources with appropriate business models and technologies. We are looking forward to competencies outside RSMML for effective commercial decision making since the resources in question worth hundreds of crores of rupees. It is pertinent to mention here that the health of RSMML, being a PSU, apart from market conditions, depends on the prevailing public policy. We are pursuing our request with the mines department regarding leases pertaining to Steel grade Dolomite, Limestone. In addition to recent policy changes in Gypsum mining, illegal mining in Gypsum mining has become a menace and affecting the company's interests adversely.
