TO FILE COMMENT/OPPOSITION TO
PLAINTIFFS MOTION FOR
RECONSIDERATION
Defendants, (Insert Name) (hereinafter referred to as
Defendants), by undersigned counsel, respectfully moves for an
extension of time to file its Comment/Opposition to Plaintiffs
Motion for Reconsideration (Comment/Opposition), and in
support thereof respectfully states:

On 08 May 2015, Defendants, through the undersigned
counsel, appeared before this Honorable Court to request for a period
of fifteen (15) days to file its Comment/Opposition. This Honorable
Court granted such request and gave the Defendants fifteen (15) days
to file its Comment/Opposition.

However, due to heavy workload of the undersigned
counsel
involving
matters
of
equal
importance,
said
Comment/Opposition could not be filed within the fifteen (15) day
period. Therefore, undersigned counsel is constrained to ask for an
additional fifteen (15) days, or until 09 June 2015, within which to file
the Comment/Opposition.

This motion is not intended for delay but is necessitated
solely for the reason aforestated.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that Defendants be
given an additional fifteen (15) days from 25 May 2015, or until 09
June 2015, within which to file its Comment/Opposition.
Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
