Responsibilities- To provide security to all patients, employees, visitors and staff at the hospital. To
provide restraint to patients and visitors if needed. Supervise other security officers as a Sgt. And shift
leader. To supervise the transportation of bodies for coroners and employees. To assist law enforcement
after they are called to the property. To collect and inventory cash and valuables from patients and visitors
who would be staying over night. Responsible for delivery to other buildings. Bank runs which includes the
protection and safe delivery of bank bags which contained all cash, checks, and forms of payment to the
hospital for deposit. I have several certifications including handcuffing, pepper spray, bomb threats, fire
evacuations, hazardous materials, public obligations first aid, and C.P.R. REASON FOR LEAVING- I
was released after an altercation. However I was retained by my employers because it was a no fault
release.

Responsibilities- Customer assistance with movie selections and rentals. Sales. Cashier. Store supervision
as a shift leader. Stocking. Inventory. Cash drops at the bank after work. Cleaning. Answering phones and
taking complaints. Placing courtesy calls to customers to remind them to return rentals. REASON FOR
LEAVING- As a shift leader I failed to over see the conduct of the persons that I was supervising at all
times which resulted in unsatisfactory actions by others. After being placed on suspension I went to Wal-
Mart and started working for higher pay better hours and a better work environment.
