KAINOA EDWARDO TEIXEIRA
His first National Stand Up Championship was in 2012, the Brazilian
Stand Up Paddle Surfing Championship in Ibiraquera SC, ranking
16th among 44 professionals. That same year at an event in
MISTRAL TEAM RIDER Itajai SC, he won the ocean race in the under 18 category.
Kainoa became an instant Champion of Surf Schools in Balneario
Camboriu and went to the 2012 World Tour, standing out among
the professionals at only 14 years of age!
In April 2013 Kainoa finished 2nd at an event in Gravata SC and in

the World Championship in 2013 in Ubatuba, Kainoa was 2nd in
professional trials with the second best score of the event.
He is now 15 years old still just at the beginning of a big stand up
