province of Oriental Mindoro. I am MR. PULYON SIDORO DIGOS, 29, single, of good moral
character and a resident of PHM Compound, Umabang, Benli, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.
I finished BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN TECHNOLOGY, Major in Civil
Technology at the Nueva Vizcaya State University on April 16, 2013.
I finished my ON-THE-JOB Training at the CDJ Builders and Construction Inc.,
Bambang Nueva Vizcaya where I was trained as a productive Nation Builder, Social Organizer,
Entrepreneur, Project Supervisor, or Manager.
I am a Co-Proponent/Organizer of the KHATRIBUCO Inc., hereto enclosed, having been
interested to be a part of the educated group of the Hanunuo Mangyan tribe, promoting socioeconomic advancement among the Hanunuo, Buhid, Iraya, Tadyawan, Ratagnon, Alangan and
Bangun.
My exposure with the indigenous peoples of Northern Luzon (Ifugaos, Igorots;
Kalanguya, Ibaloi, Kankanaey) who are far civilized and advanced in their standard of living,
gave me the lessons of being in Mindoro among my tribal flock, unable to enjoy life we deserve.
My chance to be personnel of the Office of the Mangyan Affairs shall make me among
the Hanunuo Mangyan agents of change and development.
